Break a sweat in an Express 30 Minute Barre Class hosted by Mōtiv Fitness. (make sure your activewear has a medium level of support!

Replenish your body post class with a customized IV drip, administered by the new head nurse of ThrIVe Drip Spa.

They say ‘Smiling and saying hi to your neighbors’ is the best way to get to know them. That's exactly what we did with our new neighbors, Mōtiv Fitness, at Memorial Green!

We became friends over our shared passion for all things health, and we agreed that our clients would be interested in learning more about what we have to offer! With Summer on the horizon, we partnered with Mōtiv Fitness to develop the ideal way to Celebrate Health this summer.

Class will take place at Mōtiv Fitness Studios:
Memorial Green Urban Plaza, 12525 Memorial Dr #255, Houston, TX 77024.

The Drip portion of the event will take place at QSP Studios:
Located on the same floor as Mōtiv Fitness. ThrIVe's doors will open later in June.

You are welcome to come as you are, but if you need to change after the class, there will be private dressing rooms available for you to use.
